Me and my boyfriend went to celebrate my birthday there. We had a great time ❤️ Loved being at the pool and our suite was amazing, also great hospitality.
Loved this place, we will definitely book again.
We truly loved ourstay. Everything is clean and very well kept. The villa was immaculate and offered everything that we needed. We wish that we could live there six months at a time!!
First time at Marriot Canyon Villas. My friend who’s an owner asked for a Lockout as they had purchased in 2004.Instead we r in BFE with a terrible view of the top of the JW Marriott. Away from the pools. What kind of customer service doesn’t take care of its owners!!! Will think again about a Timeshare.
I agree that as an original owner we were treated horribly! We have always gotten a full villa overlooking the main pool that’s where we bought into this system and suddenly this year they tell me “I” booked a nonlock off and put us as far away from where our deeded property is as we could get. Booked this reservation 12 months ago. Why would I ask for that? Plus talked to someone at the pool and they booked through Interval 9 months ago and got a lock off by the main pool. I’ve totally been screwed!
Comfortable and beautiful day at the pool. Only stayed one night with no availability for 2nd night so we moved to a Residence Inn, however they allowed us to stay on property after 10am check out to enjoy the pool as well as take shuttle to JW and enjoy the lazy river. Wish we could have gotten 2 nights at Canyon Villas but this was next best thing. Had a great day with the grandkids! Thank you!
