RecommendedBeautiful great place to stay and enjoy the pool n the staff is great
Rented a 2 bedroom villa on 8/12. After a few hours at the pool, we came back to the room and noticed the air conditioning was not working in half of our villa. Maintenance came, inspected and indicated it could not be fixed until the morning. It had been 105 that day, so the night was pretty uncomfortable. Approached the front desk on 8/13 about the situation and it's now 5 days later with no resolution. When I pay over $300 a night I would expect some type of compensation. More than what we originally expected. It didn’t mention on the website that they have multiple sports court. When we got there we were surprised to find a Basketball court. My kids and husband were very pleased! They had more facilities than what was presented online.

I loved how they grow fresh herbs in the common area and label them so you can cook with them while you are there.
Beautiful resort and swimming pool!
