Stunning. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Our villa was perfection. In a fantastic location surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Customer service was great. Everything you could possibly hope for, and then more. LOVED staying here!
Parking sucks..trapped in the lot for over an hour now...

Typical summer day in Florida. Intermittent rain and T storms. We had to call to ask when the pool was going to reopen. They told us that lightening was in an eight mile radius. Not on our phones. The other hotels pools were open, the Ft Lauderdale beach was open. Amazing after we called and told them there was no lightening the called back within 60 seconds saying the pool was open. Looks to me like someone was just giving a canned answer and that they had no intention of opening their pool

I have stayed here before and was excited to return unfortunately last night when I arrived at the hotel 10 pm with my 60 yr old mother and was turned away! I have a cap limit on my card that can be spent per day and I forgot to raise my limit the hotel demanded the full amount for my stay. I asked could we please stay there for the night and pay for the night only and in the morning contact my bank and increase my limit and pay for the remainder of the stay, I was told sorry we can't do that I guess you need to leave.
