Terrible experiencia!! Perdieron mi reserva 3 veces, me hicieron esperar horas para check in a pesar de que tenia um email de una persona de marriot que me pedia disculpas y aseguraba todo estaba bien con mi reserva. Me cobraron 2 veces a una tarjeta de credito que yo no había autorizado. Nadie se hace responsable de nada, bonito hotel, pero inutilizable. Checked in at 5 and no water for 2hrs all they did to compinstate was 2hrs later for check prob only stayed there like 10hrs an paid full price

Beautiful place great rooms with great views off the 19th floor. Staff are outstanding here. The only downfall I see is out in front there are a lot of police and since I don't know the area and I have a cop background it makes me question the area. I don't feel the safest but I do in the hotel itself.
This is the second time staying here. We love it. The beach and water are directly across the street. The pool has made great improvements and the view, whether you have ocean front or intercoastal, is perfect. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Amazing Hotel, I have stayed here a couple of times and it always has great service these people will always try to get the guests whatever they want and make them feel at home truly and AMAZING PLACE people here are extremely friendly with everyone...

I just stayed here for the weekend it's a great location,the resort is beautiful the staff was great... Also I enjoyed the pool parties and entertainment at the pool area. I had a 1bedroom villa which was beautiful,clean and huge in size!! This resort is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In my book!! I can't wait to visit again!!!
This is by far the BEST beach resort I've ever stayed at. The rooms are huge, and just gorgeous. The maids went over and above everyday, too. The activities for the kids were amazing! They were never bored, with new and exciting things for them to do literally every hour. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, especially Vanessa, Junior, and JB. We'll be sad to leave tomorrow.
