Great place to crash for airline crew for a day or 2...one hindrance is no room service like traditional Marriott; but still 5 stars and superbly friendly staff that go out of their way to help you when you get here at 1am!!! I'll be back!

I have stayed at many Marriott properties as a Rewards member and NEVER have I been so disappointed in service. I understand this is a not a full service property but that is no excuse for poor customer service. Rude front desk attendants answering the phone and acting irritated to direct a guest to the gym at 3am. Sorry if I interrupted your phone call to do your job. Then on my check out day my morning wa s interrupted 3x by housekeepers whose chart shows I was checked out. Then they literally waited at the door till 10 so... read more

Amazing! The staff are so friendly and the rooms and hotel and location amazing . Spent 8 days here with 10 of us in 3 gorgeous units. My vacation was as good as it could be thanks to all the staff!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to everything. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Pool was warm and pool deck had lots of lounge chairs. Towels and beach chairs were available to sign out to take to the beach. 10 of us were here in two 2 bedrooms and one 1 bedroom all on one floor. Will come back again.
Delightful two night stay prior to a cruise. Our unit on the 14th floor was lovely, with an ocean view. The staff are great. The pool and adjoining bar/restaurant are super too.
I bought 2 time shares 17 years ago Best thing I've done. Love it here. Thanks everyone. Jack
