Great resort, however, of the four elevators, it seems like only 1 was working. Not the greatest for a Friday evening.

Although I am a MARRIOTT's VACATION CLUB owner and a LIFETIME Gold MARRIOTTS REWARDS MEMBER they did not offered what was requested . They assigned a studio on the lowest floor and city view . Very dissapointed with the poor treatment ofa valued client .

Beautiful, very friendly staff, great view, great room.
Easy parking. Smooth check-in Rooms were clean and well appointed. Great beach location. Great view of the city from our 14th floor balcony.

This place Will stress you out before you even get into the lobby to check in. You have to go through all this drama and climb four floors of parking before you can even get to the front desk. It's ridiculous and off the chain I would never ever ever stay here ever!
We ended up moving from Ocean Pointe because of hurricane Matthew. Had only been to Beach Place many years ago, and never had a big urge to go back! This time we loved it! The revocations and upgrades have made a huge difference! The staff was so friendly and as always The Marriott's don't disappoint.

Stayed at Beach Place Towers in an Ocean View, 2 bedroom villa on the 17th floor. We were there for a Mom and Daughters vacation. The resort was very clean and well kept, staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent a couple days at the beach and the resort supplied us with beach towels and beach chairs. The pool was clean, water was perfect, and there were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The concierge’s were very helpful in the planning of side trips as well as suggestions of restaurants during our stay. Can't wait t... read more
