Great place to stay by the beach. Dining options in the area are good and it has easy access to the water taxi. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Update: Went back another time hotel is still amazing but the Marriott Vacation Club Presentation I went threw changed my view of the Marriott Brand. Wish I remembered the guys name but he was a jerk from the start and when he knew I wasn’t going to buy in that day he just got worse and in the end didn’t even say good bye or have a great day just said someone else will be in and walked out.. Beautiful pool and amenities at this resort with fantastic service! Marshall Goldberg, the Loss Prevention Manager, went out of his way to ensure that our group of college girls felt safe during the spring break season. I sincerely appreciate how this resort cares for their guests and wants to ensure they have a fun and safe vacation. Also, this is a great location for finding restaurants for dinner, beach access, and shops. Overall it was a great week! Thank you!

Great place but it's in a high traffic area in which the beach gets trashed. Lots of litter etc.. A real mess. If the beaches were cleaner it would make the whole experience better.
I have been reluctant to stay at this Marriott location because of the negative reviews about its parking and elevator issues. My husband and I are Marriott owners of Grande Vista and Lake Shore Reserve; for the past 4 years for one week in July we have vacationed at Lake Shore Reserve in a 3-bedroom Townhouse Villa; this year we have to go to Fort Lauderdale and not Orlando and just gave up our July week at Lake Shore for BeachPlace; can someone please give me some positive experiences at BeachPlace! this place is awesome staff are like family everyone is smiling helpful and well informed about the area beach is great warm surf ans safe villas are very very clean and well appointed public bathrooms are very very clean i would highly reccomend this place
