Editing this as Cindy got me into a king room the next day. She even remembered me from the night before and asked if the room was ok. Thanks so much Cindy!!! I'm staying here for a week and just checked in. Booked a king room but when I got to my room I found out I got a double instead. Called down to the front desk and was told they're all booked up. But I booked a king room months ago. My view is of the backside of another building. Even though this is a work trip it's about to be my birthday. I'm very disappointed.

Unorganized in elevators are too small. The best was breakfast
