We are currently staying here and are miserable. The air conditioning isn't working properly and it's hot as hell, one of the tvs doesn't work, and the fire alarm (false alarm) went off just as we got our daughter to bed. The only positive, is the bartender on the 3rd floor. If I could check out of here tonight, I would.
Awesome customer service and staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and within a good walking distance to time square and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
Best place ever to stay. Bar and food on the 3rd floor. Nice and clean. I was here for to weeks . Glad they had washer and dryer. Breakfast everyday. Good people. Say hi to Karen the bartender. Such a sweet heart.
