Simplemente genial, un lugar con todas las comodidades, excelente ubicación , buena atención a poca distancia de la estación de subterráneo para dirigirse al museo de ciencias naturales y al Central park,la habitación es amplia, el toilete muy limpio el kichinet con cafetera y microonda cubiertos vasos y platos para dos personas cuenta con una nevera, lava vajillas todo como para sentirte en tu propio hogar te , wifi! Me encanto !
El personal que atiende en el Lobby no es bilingüe y al pedirles que te hablen en español se niegan La hora del desayuno es una locura y desorden sobre todo cuando tienen el hotel a su máxima capacidad para lograr satisfacer las necesidades no se dan abasto y en vez de extender el horario cierran y no permiten que destinen los huéspedes También en mi habitación había una cucaracha en la lavadora de trastos A pesar de solicitar el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto no lo ofrecieron y solo nos indicaron que tomáramos un taxi f... read more

The location is perfect. They have a great breakfast. The room had a queen and a sofa bed. It is my favorite place to stay in NYC.
