Oddly shaped room with a non-working TV despite my request to fix it.
Good hotel with international standards facility management staff and members of staff are cordial with customers
We stayed from 7th to 11 April and going back to finish out trip there on 15 th April staff was great and courteous and nothing was a bother to them we enjoyed the breakfast it was lovely My only complaint was bar snacks we were tired and ate in the lobby bar and found the food overlooked and expensive Looking forward to seeing you all on the 15th would recommend it to anyone Georgina foster

Great location. Wonderful amenities. Amazing customer service. The room was spacious and, surprisingly, quiet. We traveled with an infant so she slept really well because there was no outside or hallway noise. The complimentary breakfast at the 3rd floor lounge was decent. I want to thank Angela at the front desk for providing a high chair in our suite. We took a chance in asking and was really pleased that we can have one. I came to the Residence Inn to hear jazz saxophonist Daniel Bennett (I actually live close by). What a beautiful hotel and performance space. The music was incredible. I will definitely come back soon. Great food, too!
