Un hotel espectacular, camas super comodas, albercas preciosas y ademas hayy todo dentro del.hotel, restaurantes, supermarket, souvenirs, cafes. Muy recomendable
Totally disappointed with service and staff (Young man by the name of Tyler) We was placed on a room all the way in the back of the hotel and could not find it, finally we decided to go back to the lobby and check if we could get a different room and Tyler, ( Front Desk) Questioned me several times if i had gone inside the room and even gave me a look like if i was lying to him... made us feel very uncomfortable and decided to cancel our 3 Day stay. Managers were NO HELP either...this "Hotel" was a waste of my time .

It is a great place but WAY to expensive I don't know why they have to charge so much for everything it just seems excessive to me. I guess people are paying it would love to bring the family but just too expensive!
Ayer llegué a las 5 y me dieron una habitacion sin hacer. No tienen servicio de transporte a los mall despues de las tres. Como he bajado de peso necesito una mejor comida aqui la oferta no es muy variada. Por eso pongo aceptable.

I attended a business convention at the Marriott. Upon arriving at the valet check-in area I left my car with an attendant, he told me it would be $5.00 for the day. The Marriott is a beautiful place, with an excellent convention center. The food provided was less than what I expected, bagged lunches... which were decent. The only excellent part was the macaroni salad that they gave me basically a shot glass full of. I would have liked the option to have more of that. We were here for 2 days and loved it. Great rooms and great people. We were on the 11th floor and had a private elevator to our floor. (no waiting) The Donavan Marine convention was amazing and we learned a lot of useful information. Oh don't be lazy if you're thirsty, go down and get it! I paid $12.37 for a tea and Sprite with room service. Haha
