Well there is a hurricane that is on it way and my flight has been cancelled. So I went to reserve a room till Monday and they are telling me they are booked for Saturday when this hurricane is suppose to hit. And they look at me and say this is not a shelter. Poor poor service never have been treated like this before.
It was great!! Enjoyed everything.. Food, room, view, music i mean everything was perfect!! Will go back again definitely!!
Really enjoyed our short stay. Staff did all they could to give me two rooms as I had requested. Food at the in house restaurants was wonderful. We had meals at the pool bar, the sports bar & the buffet breakfast .... all were great ... even satisfied the kids! If we ever go back to Orlando...this will be our place to stay!
Enjoyed our stay but had reservation issues however Elizabeth and Louise did an outstanding job at correction the issues, Elizabeth went way above and beyound to make our stay a memorable one for Tina's birthday, comped us on some charges for the inconvenience and agravation. Could not have asked for better customer service, and with a smile......Thank you!! Gary G
Had a great time! Can't wait to stay here again! Pool was awesome, had a dj and just all in all a fun environment!
Espectacular lo recomiendo
The best of the best. This hotel is the most beautiful place, with the most beautiful staff. Our stay was perfect. The pool is water park quality. The poolside light show was super cool. The restaurants are exciting and range from simple to excotic. The staff was beyond helpful....check out my Trip Advisor review to hear about the greatest people who took such good care of my daughter and me during our stay. We will be returning again and again.
Great hotel, love the extra touches like water bottles always available and fresh fruit pass around I the morning. I think it would be a great idea to change the pool opening hours to 9 or 10, during busy times like Labor Day. It seems like very poor planning to always open at 11, even during busy season!!!
Un hotel muy lindo pero todo muy caro. Es lujoso el lobby, los corredores, pero te cobran hasta por sonreirte. Las habitaciones nada excepcional para lo caro que cuesta la estancia en ellas. Son más bien pequeñas y yo esperaría más limpieza. Me encontré en el suelo rastros de los inquilinos anteriores como un calcetín y una cubierta de cuchilla de afeitar, lo que indica que no hubo una limpieza adecuada en la transición de un huésped a otro.
