Excellent service, property and amenities. Highly recommended.
This is our new favorite Orlando hotel! Our favorite part was the huge pool with grottos and 3 water slides. The water slides were very fun and were more like the slides you'd see at a water park than most resorts. The nightly laser light show at the pool was impressive too! The restaraunts were very good and we enjoyed several of them, including a very tender and well seasoned blackened bleu ribeye at the sports bar. Huge and beautiful hotel and the light show at night was fun. However, everything was overpriced and most of the food that I ate at the hotel was absolutely not worth it. Put the privacy hanger on my door and came back in between talks to find housekeeping in my room. No continental breakfast, no shuttle to airport.
Everything was great except for the Italian restaurant. Siri Urban. Food took forever and was overcooked. Took 45 minutes for us to get our entrees. They did comp us the meals that were overcooked but I suggest avoiding this restaurant.
Vacation was from july 25th through july 28th, we arrive a few hours before check-in time and was able to go directly to our room which was great, room was nice and clean, had a little issue with getting balcony chairs but issue was resolved within the same day, not to many selection of resturant wish they had more options, prices were very expensive but what can you expect from a resort, views and pool of the hotel were beautiful, enjoyed the laser show wanted to go outside of the hotel just to tour a young man at the bell ... read more
We booked our hotel through Allegiant and we were not told that an added Resort fee would be applied to our bill. The resort fee is ridiculous. The hotel did not offer anything. The first night we arrived we had trouble parking in the hotel so we called customer service and the lady was very rude. The place to drive up to scan your hotel card did not have good lighting at night and we had a hard time scanning the card. With poor customer service and added Resort Fees we will never stay at this resort again.
The resort is very nice. It is tough to find your way around. Check in moved along fast. Staff was nice. My only problem is the valet. They mess with your radio change my a/C settings This tells me they are sitting in my car listening to the stations they want with my a/C blasting burning my gas. The last time we stayed at this resort they did the same thing. I usually dont write bad reviews but I wanted others to be aware and also they didnt want to help reinburse us. So first we had a group of people come and stay 7-3-17 to 7-3-17. First we get there and our room is higher than the other 8 rooms reserved and we was not on the pool side. And our room was looking over air conditioners. No big deal about the view since we wasnt going to be in there much anyways but the $100 higher i was confused about and after asking them. They couldnt really give us a explanation.
