Never disappointed. Will always be as excited as the first time.
Had the worst experience at Marriott I normally stay at high end hotels but decided to give this one a chance because of the size of the pool and the kids did enjoy the pool area. But there was a major error on the part of front desk confusing my last name with someone else and I didn't have access to my room for hours on my second day there. We have loved our stay. Much cheaper than staying at Disney and closer to Universal with tons of amenities. We were greeted happily by numerous employees as we entered the hotel to check in, and after being here a few days I have lost track of the amount of times employees have started up random conversations with us and asked if our stay was going well. Great experience at the convention center and amazing food
Absolutely loved the Marriot staff and accommodation during the John Maxwell IMC. Huge thank you to all especially Benedito, Jane, Jeffrey, Jordan at the front desk!
