Good to know this place employs men who beat their wives and threaten to burn them
My parents spent the weekend here for their Anniversary and the entire staff took amazing care of them. It was their 46th wedding Anniversary so it was a big one, and the entire weekend they felt SO special. Great, spacious room, views and the staff was super attentive to all their needs. Thank you for taking care of my parents. We will all be back again!
Pretty disappointed. Got here at 11:00 am, had requested an early check in (NEVER had an issue all over the US), 3:00 and room is still not ready. Front desk blames all the people checking out/in but can't tell me how long it takes to clean a room, COME ON! I expect way better than this.
Room out of 4 day stay only cleaned 1 time. Our two adult children with us in double room, $999.00 with tax. Not complaining about the cost, however low water pressure, always having to call for more coffee and cups should not be expected with the price of the room.
Lovely hotel with great facilities. Would recommend it.
the most kind and wonderful humans run a store on th first floor. Iys a new thing for the hotel. You van stop in it like a high class mini market and get great food to go. No tips just food to go! Also they have added an out side light and music show like nothing I have ever seen.9:00 it is featured all o the world for itsa unique way of projecting into the heavens....grat way to ride out a hurricane

Super nice hotel, great conference center, fabulous pool. A great place for a conference!
Great pool, cool laser show, good drinks. Expensive, but it is resort pricing. Lasy river would be a good addition.
