We had a large convention. Thanks for accomdating us! The room was great. Well supplied. When we got into the room the maid was down the hall. She gave us extra water and coffee. The bellhop were very courteous. The convention halls are a bit for walking and the towers are spread out. The elevators got confusing. We ate dinner at High Voltage. I stayed here back in august and thought it was pretty great, so I figured let's book a family trip to this hotel. I booked 3 rooms from Saturday till Monday and 2 room from Sunday to Monday. I arrived there Saturday night around 11. It was a terrible start first they told me I had a previous balance and had to pay it first to get started which I understand but why was I never contacted? Had a great time at Marriott World Center. The staff was fantastic and never seemed overwhelmed although it was very busy. There are a couple staff members that stand out to me. Leon O'Brian on the pool deck is a great ambassador for your hotel and takes immense pride in his job, and Marisol in housekeeping always greeted us with a great smile and great service
I loved my stay at this beautiful hotel. I loved the huge Pool and comfy beds. The housekeepers, the staff, the waiters were all amazing. The food was delicious too!! The only thing I'd complain about is how expensive the food was.

2 stars was extremely hard to give to our favorite resort. we absolutely love the World Center and all their amenities. We stay there with and without the kids. I am glad that the kids weren't with us for this visit ,and I hate having to say that. 1. our room was not fully cleaned , had to ask the front desk to empty the trashcans and refill toilet paper. 2. asked front desk for 2 robes for our stay, they delivered slippers 3. the sink faucet had no pressure, had to remove the aerator 4. bathroom drain is partially clogged ,... read more
Wow! What a fantastic place. Amazing pool and the variety of amenities are perfect for all ages. The staff is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your stay.
