RecommendedWe are going to miss the AMAZING customer service here in this complex. 100 % satisfaction. They are pet lovers ( Simona has received treats and more gifts from them). Maintenance comes as soon as you ask. We are going to miss the saturday breakfast, pizza and beer evenings and all y'all amazing little surprises like the one today with a safe kit with masks . Marquis on Gaston is centrally located, its perfect for the person that loves to dine out and listen to live music The staff here is very attentive and special mention to Jessica Bergstrom who goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and cared for. The property is clean and pleasant to walk around. Enhancing the resident experience is definitely a key focus at this property. This is a place you can call home <3.

Great community, I enjoy living here. Extremely close to my job. Leasing staff are super helpful.
Lived here for 2 1/2 years and overall had a great experience! The staff is awesome and super helpful! The only improvement I would really say is to make sure visitors park in visitor parking, because the garages get so full that we have to park at a different building.

Marquis at Gaston. The negatives of this complex are that one of the two entrance gates is almost always broken (other possible exits are always dead bolted), a resident got robbed in the garage and the staff is frequently not at their desks (please note the new management is around slightly more). The apartment doesn’t care about the safety of their residents enough to make security upgrades and it shows. The positives of this complex include large apartments, covered parking, valet trash and proximity to Deep Ellum.

Loving my new home! While I have had some issues with the A/C in the midst of summer (it happens), they’ve immediately come to my apartment to see what the issue is and try their hardest to fix it immediately. You can’t ask for much more than that! Also, location is amazing — 8 minute walk/stumble to your favorite Deep Ellum spots! Very happy to call this place home, and I appreciate the hard work that the office and maintenance team put in.
