RecommendedI’ve lived here for the two years that I went to college that happens to be right across the street. I’ve never lived in such a community driven, fun living environment! I’ve never had a maintenance request take longer than 24 hours, and the community events that this place hosts are so creative- Halloween costume, pool party, beer/pizza night! Endless kindness from other residents and the staff :-)

I love living here, the management and maintenance teams are super friendly, helpful and responsive to anything you need. The dog park is awesome and the property is beautiful with plenty of areas to walk or sit any enjoy the outdoors. There is always something fun going on from food trucks to yoga classes. Close to everything you may want to do in Dallas.

I’ve lived at the Marquis a year ago, and I loved the property and amenities. I miss the feeling walking into the leasing office and talk to Jessica she’s very professional and nice to talk to. I loved being there and how well the staff takes care of the residents.
I’ve lived here over 2 years and it’s a great spot. Jessica is extremely kind and very helpful and puts a lot of time and effort into creating a nice community here and it shows. Brian is also very attentive and helpful as well. The service crew are quick if there’s ever an issue and they do a good job too.

I’ve lived at the Marquis on Gaston for over two years now. I cannot begin to describe how much I love being here and how well the staff takes care of residents. The Marquis on Gaston goes above and beyond in providing for the residents, whether it’s making sure our service requests are addressed quickly or inviting food trucks to the property. I have lived here for more than a year now, and I love it. The office staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Work orders are completed very quickly, and the grounds are very well kept. Security guards and courtesy officers patrol the property frequently to ensure the safety of residents. This is the best place for city living. Highly recommended.

The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Nice dog park for our pups. The package room allows me to pick my packages whenever I want or need to. Can't say enough about the location. Convenient to Deep Ellum with lots of shopping and restraunts.
This is a great place to live! The location is perfect. You have so many options on places to go within walking distance. The management is always having something going on to keep you involved. Wine and beer nights, pizza nights. Holiday events. We love it here!
