This is a great complex! From beginning the application process to move in, the staff here has made everything a breeze! Everything they've promised has been delivered, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate the residents needs and issues. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of the same day, often within only a few hours. At first, I waited to apply and the two I was thinking about both got picked up. I loved the place so was disappointed, but not surprised. Luckily, I was able to push my move back then jumped on the 1st one that became available. So, if you like it, don’t assume it will wait for you like I did. Staff is extremely helpful, especially considering COVID. They offered virtual stuff and self guided tours while they are on the phone.

Moved in last July; ended up resigning a new lease. Couldn’t say enough great things. Jessica and Brian in the office have always been on point with anything you need. Between the office staff and maintenance crew ; they easily are the most on point of any apartment I’ve lived in. If Maintenance isn’t on a service call, you can always see them working on various upkeep around the property. I've lived here for about a year and a half now and I love it! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I've only had a handful of minor maintenance requests, and the maintenance staff is always there within the same day to help with whatever I need. My apartment is really nice and I get compliments from visitors on how great the layout, paint and everything looks. Plus, it's just about the easiest walk to Deep Ellum you can get. Definitely one of the best apartments and communities I've lived in!

Sharing my review on here too!! Love this place and the people that work here. From Jessica and Brian in the office to maintenance, they are always quick to respond to their residents needs. I lived here with my roommate in 2018 and when my husband moved from out of state and saw that I lived in down town and how great this area is for night life, he was sold. I've lived here for several years and it has been an awesome place to live. The price is great for the location and really quick access to many popular areas. The management staff is great hosting community events.
Because I have the best Residents who help make this community what it is! An awesome place to live and even better place to work!
