RecommendedI moved here from Jersey in September 2016 and the Marq at Crabtree has been my home ever since. My community and neighbors have always been welcoming. It's a good mixture of private living in my home while having amenities that are social. The staff and maintenance are fast and efficient. I have not just been a number at the property, which has been super helpful acclimating more to a new area. And the controlled access FOB is the cherry on top for mine and my family's comfort!
Beautiful apartments, maintenance same day and a fabulous office staff. Highly recommend!

I live at a neighboring, newer apartment complex directly behind The Marq with a direct view of dozens of balconies from my window. From the appearance of The Marq from Blue Ridge Road, these might as well be Section 8 Apartments. Balconies are often used as storage for all kinds of junk and extra things that will not fit inside the apartments. I love this apartment complex! The facilities are always so clean, including the gym and pool. The staff is great and they're always eager to help with any questions.
We have been living here for about 6 months now and absolutely loveeee it!! The management team is great and out of the apartment complexes we've lived in, this is by far the best one yet! No complaints whatsoever!
Great place to live! Lived here now 6 months and had no issues and the staff is awesome. Doesn't feel like a apartment at all, it's very luxury and feels like a little neighborhood!
