We were very happy with the overall way the purchase of our new Jeep was handled. Ron Nicholson was great to work with and we really enjoyed being able to purchase our Jeep from him and the rest of the staff at Marlow motors.

Had a recall on my airbag Marlow replaced it broke my horn then told me if I wanted it fixed I had to buy a steering column now why would I pay for it if they broke it. Also needed header bolts replaced quoted me 5000 dollars . I got someone else to do it and replaced all my front Bearings and linkages for 1200 parts and labor well that's quite a difference in price I'd say.

I just bought my first "new" car here on Memorial Day, a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ. I was shocked to find that they were even open to begin with, since it was a holiday and all! Bobby was my salesperson, and he and many of the staff stayed at the dealership just to help me to take the car home that day! A very professional dealership, which I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a good car! It was a pleasure doing business with them!
