Absolutely Rediculous! Made 4 attempts to see a vehicle but salesmen/saleswoman too busy setting inside chatting with each other to assist! Neals great but the rest are a joke! We will find another place to do business! There are many other choices outside of Front Royal!

Thank you Rick Piland for walking outside. It was an extremely cold day and my husband and I had been on the lot looking into car windows for 15 minutes. You were the only salesperson that took the time to come out. Anyone of the sales people could have walked out, but only you did. We thank you. You could have stayed inside and been warm, but instead you my dear man won the sale. Once again, thank you!
Best car buying experience I have had in 40 years of buying. Neal was a great person to work with, His knowledge of the vehicle and the time he took explaining how everything worked on the Trailhawk with my wife and I was very appreciated. He responded to all my calls and email in a timely manner and did not inundate me with needless texts and calls like many of the other dealers were doing. I will utilize Neal again the next time the need for a vehicle comes up again. Great guy!
I found the Maintenance Manager (Bob) to be top drawer in customer service in all ways. This experience is the best that I have witnessed at Marlow's in a lot of years. The costs were fully explained along with options & costs. This was very refreshing!
