RecommendedI was out running errands and my Jeep windows stopped working. They had worked fine all day but suddenly stopped. I drove it to Marlow's and the service manager Rocky Jones and the technician Scott very were courteous, and prompt. It was a quick fix and they had me on my way. Thank you for taking care of your customers.
Very impressed with new service manager Rocky Jones. I had an issue with my truck and he made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner and that everything was done to my satisfaction. I've had some negative experiences with service departments at other dealerships in the past, but he makes you feel comfortable and confident that things will be done right. He seems to be very honest and straightforward and goes out of his way to see that you are taken care of. Thanks again

Very Professional! I had a issue with my vehicle and the Service Manager Rocky personally took my vehicle had it fixed and then Hand delivered it back to me! Mr. Marlow hold on to him it’s hard to find great Employees that will go to highest extent to please your customers! He’s a keeper! All of your staff members are a pleasure to work with! We were very impressed with our recent purchase of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Marlow Motors in Front Royal.
