Was going to get a failed inspection sticker because my back bulb was “out” even though we check them before going in there. Got charged $15 for a bulb I own (spare in glovebox) just to put it in. When I got home my husband put the bulb back in and it lite up and working. Pretty much got charged $15 extra for no reason. Never going back, beyond pissed. Then as they were pulling my car up my two back lights weren’t even on, so someone isn’t doing their job correctly.
RecommendedGreat experience and welcoming atmosphere! Dustin was incredible to work with! Listened to my needs and wants and worked hard to make sure I was getting the best car with price and safety. Can tell it is a fun place to work and all there during my visit were friendly and willing to help out. Thank you for my awesome Jeep and the deal that was made to make it happen for me to own a Jeep finally!
sorry sales manager! only cares about how much money he can make from a customer! maybe when marlow gets slammed with a lemon lawsuit they may decide to change their management team! was told that there will be no good will be given to make this right! lmao great job Maynard!
Bought a used truck there 8 weeks ago.. nothing but problems since.. had another appt. this morning to have it looked at was told yesterday I could get rental.. show up this morning and rude staff 2 out 3 1 guy was nice. And no rental had to leave with my vehicle not being fixed.. so fed up with this place.. Got some free oil changes when I purchased truck... I’d rather pay instead of coming back here.

Everyone we worked with at Marlow Motor. Company was wonderful. From Maynard the sales manager, to Ron the salesman, and Roger who helped with finance. They made us feel at home & finding the correct car for us. I definitely recommend coming to Marlow Motor for your next vehicle.
Ron Nicholson made the whole car buying process a pleasure. All the paperwork was completed quickly with no pressure at all. Found the car I wanted online, went in for a test drive and was in my new car in record time. Honestly it was a pleasure.
