I was from Indiana, I had gotten into town the night before, I had had trouble with my car 200 miles before getting to Front Royal. I drove in and they checked it right away, ordered the part. It was fixed the next day. The man I dealt with was very friendly, did a great job.

Had a 4x4 warranty part break on me while traveling through the mountings of Maryland and West Virginia. It was banging around on the under carriage, and with 40 minutes till their shop closed. I called and ask for help to remove the drive shaft to the front axle so I could make it home. My hand tools and leverage just wouldn't cut it. Their staff dove right in and helped me in removing the part and wrapping it in plastic.
