Started buying vehicles from Marlow Motors in 1995, and have not stopped, I have lost count of how many I have bought. I get good service, my vehicles are always clean, and the staff is great. I am a life time member.
I bought my 2004 Liberty on April 4, 2004. Traded in my 2002 Liberty for great new deal on 2004. Yesterday I hit 250,000 miles. I've had all but a few maintenance or repairs/replacements done at Marlow. The service dept staff has changed over the years, but from CJ. Chris, Herb, Brian and Bob to Kay and even an occasional hello from Mr. Marlow, I have been very pleased with their care of my Liberty. I purchase my vehicle July3rd 2015. One of the option was 1 year subscription for Sirius Radio at a cost of $195.00 On March 3rd 8 months later my subscription expired. I call sirius radio and they tell me I had a free trial subscription.
It was an easy process and the sales staff was super helpful!!!
No zeros to choose from. Never will I ever go or send anyone to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I have a friend that went here and 2 weeks after taking the car off the lot was told she had to bring it back because they couldnt finance her after being told she was approved. Then we take the vehicle back and was told her vehicle WAS still there to find out in fact it wasnt. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!! We've purchased our last two cars from Marlow and are very pleased. It is so nice to be able to walk into the show room and be treated with respect. The service team is friendly, helpful and takes care of you when you drop off the car. The Marlow Group is such an asset to Front Royal. It is wonderful to have a locally-owned dealership in town. There aren't too many dealerships where you can find the owners right on the property!
