all the bad experience with this Dra I do not recommend her, not even with the cuban Dr, but neither of them are useful, but Dr Cruz is worse, she was never interested in my health and never changed a medicine, she did not even suggest it to me, I am diabetic and she never checked my feet or even my heart, she only looked at the lab results and said everything is fine, 10 min of consultation I think was too much with her, never again, I just changed to another real Dra somewhere else. and also almost all the people who work ... read more
I went in for a check up and to see how a breast reduction. First I requested a female and I got a male doctor I dont think the Female Doctor is ever there. He blew me off when I asked about the breast reduction. They never called me about lab work until I called back. Even then they were rude. Never went back

Horrible practice! They never answer the phones, leave you in the waiting room for a very long time, the doctor is never available (instead you are seen by the physician assistants), the staff changes quite often (indication of underlying office management issues) and most disturbing of all is that they try to make up reasons to have you continue to see the doctor so they can charge you and/or your insurance! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT choose this doctor!! I promise you… you will have a horrible experience!!
Very unprofessional doctor. I had my first visit with her. Came in to the room and didn’t introduce herself. Never ask me my concerns, she limited to ask the questions for the medical history, same questions I had filled out in the paper form and after verbally with the nurse. Dr. was very short and quick to get rid of me. Waited over an hour past my appointment time. Changing doctors. Do not go if you have medical concerns. No compassion from this doctor.
I switched to Dr. Marlenny Feliz-Cruz after being Dr. Torres patient for years due to the excessive wait times and after today’s visit I realized it was a HUGE mistake. She is completely unprofessional, she came into the exam room in an agitated state telling me “we have a huge problem” because I was asking for an extension to my FMLA. Dr. Cruz was Ok at my office visit, but we had to redo bloodwork because her staff didn’t request the most basic thing. Then, she accidentally wrote a prescription for half my regular dosage of a medication, but the the biggest problem was that her office didn’t respond at all to 5 faxes from my pharmacy. They didn’t call me back either. After insisting to speak with someone on the phone, another doctor refused to correct the mistake in the prescription even though my pharmacy could verify that they had made a mistake. I have been to this office 3 times. I love the physician and PA. Lately the office management has been poor. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to receive a call the day before that the doctor was not available that morning. I returned the call the morning of the appointment and was told she was actually available for the 9am appontment.
