This review is specifically about clock repair. I've now had 4 clocks repaired by Alan (sp?): A grandfather clock for which he came to my house to diagnose, take back to the shop, repair, and bring back, as well as an antique Kundo German anniversary clock, a 25 year old German Black Forest cuckoo clock, and an antique Jefferson clear face electric clock. All are working fine and I'm extremely happy.
My watch quit working. They looked it over and gave me a quote quickly. Come to find out still covered by warranty. Thanks...
