Mark’s has impeccable customer service, my husband goes in allll the time for questions that would annoy anyone (lol) and the staff is ALWAYS so nice and helpful, I usually have to chase him out of the store. I love their selection of estate jewelry, if you’re in need of a unique gift Marks is obviously the spot.
Professional and delightful service. I needed some help with a watch and prizes for my event. The counter lady fixed me up and located watches that matched and were on “sale”! We did this transaction using text and voice. Being from out of town, I was really impressed. As far as the watch repair, it was not salvageable.
