I love this place! I Have been a customer since 2014. The jewellers are so helpful and polite. My experience yesterday was with the Sales Manager/CSMP, Jaclyn Iden. She brighten up an awful day for me and my jewelry. I went to Marks Jewelers to pick up a ring that had been repaired. Brad noticed one of the prongs had broken off of the ring I was wearing. It had snagged on something when I was on vacation and I forgot to get it checked. Thank you for great service and saving my diamond!
