Visited the store with my 30 year old gem, a Cartier watch for an issue with the minutes arm. Knowledgeable and friendly staff identified the problem as a simple battery swap. Months prior I had taken the watch to the one and only authorized dealer in KC. Quote was over $1000 to fix. For less than than $40 my priceless piece is working beautifully!
