Garage door Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kevin took time to help guide me in options being mindful of cost. Ryan provided excellent installation. Everything was neat and tidy when the work was finished.

repair garage door opener My garage door opener developed a straining screetch and wouldn't open the door. I contacted this company which is local to me, expecting to have to replace the opener. Well, within 1 1/2 hours of calling I had a replacement gear assembly installed and a garage door tune up---at a great price! Super service!!!

The gear and sprocket kit is the one part that wears on LiftMaster openers and once replaced the opener will generally run for another 10 years. garage door repair Great job Ernie!! After talking with Chris (the owner), they arrived within an hour as promised. Fixed the broken springs and tuned up the garage door. Very straight-forward and clearly explained everything they were doing. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others... Thanks again.

Garage Door and Opener Installation This review is long over due. We are extremely happy with the door and opener installed in November 2013. Kevin and Chris provided professional advice and service both before and after the installation. They also hooked us up with promotional accessories. Jared did a great job with the installation and Robert's work on the capping looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to refer Markham Garage doors. Thanks very much.

Garage door spring repair The spring on my garage door broke on Jan 29/14, but I had a Wayne Dalton spring. It was hard to find someone to replace this spring as it was not that common. Markham Garage Doors suggested to replace this set up with a more common spring. Made an appointment and Brandon came the next day. At my request, he even hustled over as I was going out and I wanted to make sure the job was done before I left. He even came over about 25 mins earlier than he said he could! Garage door opener I was having an issue with a large national company it wasn't getting resolved so I called MGD to ask for their advice they sent a guy to do a service call and quote incase this company fell through...they did and MGD came back and did the work without any delay and gave me a great deal considering the big company bailed on me ...thanks guys and word of mouth goes a long way

Garage door and capping This company was recommended by a friend and I am very glad I listened. From the first contact with Kevin and Chris I was pleased with their suggestions and experience. Jared did a great job of installation and cleaned up after. Rob came a few days later to complete the capping and I am thrilled with the transformation it makes to my house. Neighbours have commented positively and I have referenced the company. They do a great job and deserve the business. Buy local!
