Garage Door The garage door was not closing properly. I had already contacted 2 other companies when I saw the Markham Garage Door sign in the neighbourhood. I called in the morning, received the competitive quote over the phone, set up the appointment for the end of the same day and the technician arrived (on time) and completed the necessary repairs - at the quoted price. We are very satisfied.

New Garage Door Installation This is by far the best customer service I have received from a company. When I first called to inquire about a new door and asked for a quote, I was given a price over the phone and Kevin said he could come over to have a look in 30 minutes if I wanted. I asked if he could make it a bit later and he said no problem. Sure enough, Kevin showed up right on time, confirmed the price and gave me a quote in writing. Garage Door Repair We were backing out of our car garage when I accidentally pressed the remote again closing the door and the garage door was hit. I contacted Markham Garage Doors and they were very friendly and professional. It was not in our budget to have to replace the door, which I thought we would have to do. They did not try to upsell me but instead were able to fix the dent by installing support to the broken section. Repaired garage door opener I came home late one night and my garage door wouldn't open all the way and wouldn't close again. The next morning I called Markham Garage Doors as they installed the door for me a couple of years ago. The problem was diagnosed over the phone and I was given an estimate. Ryan was at my door within 30 minutes and had my old (1997) Sears Craftsman garage door opener working within another 30 minutes. Great service, good work and a reasonable price. Garage Door Wheels and Cable Fixed Brandon came to fix the broken cable of our garage door and replace all the wheels. He did a great job, was on time and super friendly and patient with my 6 year asking him 100 questions as he worked! My garage doesn't sound like its about to collapse me every time I open it! Garage Door Repair One cable snapped and my garage door wouldn't close. Called Markham Garage Doors at 8AM, left a VM. Call was returned in 10 minutes and a technician was sent to my house. Technician arrived at 10AM and fixed the door, changed both cables, cleaned the grease I put on the mechanism, all in 1 hour. Door was fixed at 11AM. That's what I call professionalism, promptness, work quality. Would probably buy a new door from them soon, my door is running out of curb appeal.

New Garage Door & Service Markham Garage Doors installed a new garage door for me last October. Their service was great. They showed up to quote when they said they would and did the installation efficiently, on time and at the price quoted. Recently (August) I thought the door seemed be rubbing so I asked them to come out to check. They arrived when stated (called first to verify I'd be there). Garage Opener Repair Our garage door opener decided it didn't want to open and close the garage anymore. After not being able to figure out what was wrong, I called Markham Garage Doors to see if they could have a look.
