Garage door repair and opener install Great company !!! Brandon came out yesterday in 20cm of snow...fixed my garage door and installed a new Sears garage door opener. He was great to deal with, honest, and did a fantastic and quick job. I would use Markham again in a second !

Garage Door Repair Called MGD about replacing our garage door. Kevin arrived exactly as scheduled, inspected the door, and commented on a broken hinge and roller, as well as missing weather stripping. I braced for the cost of new door. Kevin then blew me away when he said that there was no need for a new door and that he could repair and tune it for a fraction of the cost. Garage Door Repair Woke up to a broken spring on the garage door. Markham Garage Doors was here a half hour prior to the estimated time. Brandon was very friendly and explained the problem in simple lingo so even I understood. It took less than half an hour to fix the problem. Brandon noticed that I also had a bad bearing and was quick to replace that for me too. He also suggested to tighten the screws on the outer plates with the rollers at least a couple of times a year. Garage Door fix We called Markham Garage Doors to come & fix a broken spring/wire on one of our garage doors. They showed up on time, they were extremely efficient, and even took the time to look at second garage door to ensure it was OK (lubricated the hinges, etc). Overall ...great service, and very reasonable prices. I believe the employee's name was Ryan. Many thanks to him and to Markham Garage Doors!

Replacement Garage Door From the quote process to the installation, they were great. My garage is truly "Slanty Shanty" and Ryan A. was skillful and patient as he installed the new door, Kevin also made a very helpful referral to a contractor that can assist in repairing the structure itself, whicile coordinating with them to not require another door later. Very grateful for the excellent help...and the quote was priced competitively with great value add.

Fix Garage Door Recently had a problem with my garage door not responding. Called MGDL and had a repairman out the same day! Ryan A was very cheerful and knowledgeable, identifying the problem straight away! Garage Door repair A cable came off of our garage door and broke one of the bottom brackets holding the track in place. I called this morning at 8:30 and explained the problem. They said from the sounds of it, it would cost 103.50 in labour + the cost of the bracket - about $10 and HST. A technician was available to come at 10:00, but I asked for a later appt. - They said between 2-4.
