Aside from the gorgeous grounds and plentiful, RICH amenities, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff is what further sets this property apart from all other luxury living options. The residents here are also wonderful - always greeting and smiling; MST is one of, if not Houston's proudest accomplishments! Hats off to all involved! Now for the management - straight terrible. Feel sorry for our friends that live here... From reading the reviews...99.9% from people that don't actually live at MST...one can ascertain that this is a GREAT BIG FRAT HOUSE...The lower units are small with multiple tenants squeezing themselves in... and they invite ALL of their friends. Sadly... my friends that live in the upper floors and pay a tidy sum don't get to enjoy the amenities because of this. Today we went by to take care of their Kitties and found the building rather dirty and disheveled with throngs of peop... read more
