I have lived here for a year and will not being renewing The concierge staff is great but the leasing staff of probably the worst I have seen and I have been renting for years. The amenities are often closed and only half the time an email goes out to the residents. I have had an issue with my water bill since I received my first bill and it still never got resolved.
