Amenities are great, valet is great, services are great. Asian lady in management is a bit rude and harsh with some residents in regards to her tone. A couple of the concierge employees are a bit lazy. Lack of apartment leeway during pandemic (as in lack of available resources and rent breaks for residents) makes it difficult to justify staying here considering the lure of living downtown is now nonexistent and makes this location virtually worthless, not to mention that the main point of living here (the great amenites) are... read more
RecommendedHome sweet home. We are very comfortable here the staff the concierge and the valet are all so friendly and helpful. Certainly worth the cost.
I love how clean you keep everything! Absolutely love the flower arrangements at the front desk! The people who work here are so friendly and accommodating! You’re a five star place!!! Love the heated pools, too!

I called over a month ago and spoke with Laura about the Pent House & i was to receive a video of the unit via email since i was in Tyler TX. I never received the email. 3 weeks later I showed up to tour with Laura and she was very kind. I let her know i would need to show my wife.
