Customer service is not something they strive for by any means. No follow ups and no accountability. If you choose to purchase with them, be prepared to not get any phone calls back to answer simple questions. Also be prepared to work at their pace, not yours. I’ve never written a poor review, but after my 6th attempt to get ahold of a manager over three weeks, who will “call me next week,” I thought it was due. I would not recommend a friend to this dealership.

Had a unusual problem only a Mitsubishi Dealer could handle. Brian and everyone from the night before until I came in were pleasant, knowledgeable and great to work with. I know where to go next time.
