When I first walked in I was nervous picking out a car and Oumar came right up to me and asked if I needed help. Oumar Harris was great, he didn’t want give up on me. He very kinda did did everything he could to help me walk away with a car. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to walk away with a car that day, but I will most definitely go back in the future.
I bought a 2015 Outlander Sport in October 2016. By far, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I knew what I wanted, salesman was great about not trying to upsell me, didn't take my keys and leave for an hour like another dealer in the valley. I have brought my SUV back in for service several times and was treated extremely well by Bryan Johnson in service. Took my car right away, super professional and very cordial. I've referred several people to this Scottsdale location and I'll be buying from them again.
