Came in knowing what I wanted. The car was very dirty for the test drive and many fuses were out. Spent 4 hours there the first day after the 2 minute test drive and was told that it was getting “detailed” during that time, not to mention the person cleaning it came in to tell my sales representative that there was a lot of dog hair in the back and he was “tryna go home”. This was my first time purchasing a car without help from anyone. I truly appreciated this dealerships no commission sales approach. I did not feel attacked, pressured, or taken advantage of. I feel as though I got the best deal for the beautiful new car I purchased, and still am being treated well with follow ups and making sure I'm understanding all the features of my new Eclipse Cross Sel. Lucky, my sales rep, was professional, punctual, and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership!

Been having my oil changed here for the past 2 years and counting. All I have to say is that their service department is amazing. The prices are always fair, they get everything done in a timely manner, and they're always professional and kind.

It wasn’t looking too good for my situation when I went to MM. My sales guy Scottie Mulleneaux was amazing and really took care of me. The manager Chuck was also great and he took the time to explain the process. When it was all said and done, I got a great deal. I would definitely recommend MM to my friends and family.

I bought a 2016 Outlander sport GT a year ago last March on my birthday . My salesperson Sam was excellent . I had some rocky issues that needed ironed out in the beginning of my ownership. But after sticking through it and giving the dealership the chance to correct the issues . I can honestly say I don’t regret it . I see some new faces around the office and noticed a couple different approaches that were quit welcomed . Easy sailing as of now Mark Mitsubishi of Scottddale , keep up the good work and thank you .
