Dr Lin appears very knowledgeable about crohns and the gi tract. He explained all the possibilities on why it could be crohns, all the signs he is looking for and all the treatment options if that was the case. He talked in plain English so it was easy to follow and understand. He made sure I understood my problem as much as he did. I have been dealing with PTSD from this office and Dr. Lin. Based on my experience several years ago, I would not recommend Dr. Lin for anything other than routine gastro issues. Other than the wonderful woman on the phones, his staff was horrendous, hopefully the offending MA is long gone. My phone calls were never returned. Dr. Lin was always so extremely thorough and took everything. I told him seriously. I really appreciated being treated with respect.
terrible office staff, terrible medical assistant, never as in they do not return phone calls makes me wonder if this is the staff, how do i trust the doctor, cancelling future appointments . i am done, there has to be better.
First visit Dr Lin he is very curious listens to his patient. Ask questions very thorough about your conditions or symptoms. Very helpful advice and plans to help you get your health in order. Talked about a plan to help me feel better until my next appointment. Staff was curious also and very attentive. I’m so blessed to have picked him to be my Dr.

Mark Lin is a very poor physician. His attitude was deplorable; hostile and condescending. He did not perform an adequate history or physical, and he rushed to judgment and treatment. The office visit ended abruptly and awkwardly whereby he ordered me out of the room and loudly said "That's it"!! Like my problems and questions were offending him in some way. There was absolutely no semblance of caring. He is perhaps the worst physician I have ever encountered in my 71 years of life.
He took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain next steps.
