Dr. Harbeck takes that time to explain whats happening, and is very casual / easy to talk too. Additionally, I have never had a long wait before seeing him.

I saw the nurse practitioner for a mole that had turned red with irregular boundaries. It had all the characteristics of Skin Cancer. She told me 3 times that despite the color/irregular shape/that it changed in 4-6 months to "Not worry" and just go home. After my 4th time INSISTING to take it off/evaluate it, she did. Days later she told me it was cancer(Melanoma) perhaps life threatening if untreated. "If" I followed he advice, it could have spread to my lymph nodes and been fatal in 3yrs.
I saw Dr. Harbeck for the first time this afternoon for a small procedure. He was very kind, professional and a very caring Doctor. My wait in the room was short and my entire appointment went very smooth.
Always so kind.
