Dr. Elzik recently performed a carpal tunnel release for me, and I had such a great experience with him and his staff! Everyone was very professional, they do a great job handling the administrative functions, and Dr. Elzik is amazing! He's earned all the 5-star reviews, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Dr. Elzik did surgery on me while I was at Mission Hospital and then I saw him for follow-up once I was released. He made time for me when I had a concern and it was not my scheduled appointment time. Very professional but also had compassion which is a unique quality in a doctor.
Dr. Elzik recently preformed trigger thumb surgery on my right thumb, after an initial conservative approach with injections to the affected thumb joint. He explains procedures well before performing them and has a very easy and caring bedside manner. The surgery went very well, without any complications, and I have full use of my thumb again. I was impressed with his surgical skill and follow up. I would not hesitate to see Dr. Elzik again if I had another hand injury and have already recommended him to a co-worker.
Dr. Mark Elzik and his team were top notch for my entire medical experience. I couldn't improve a single thing...literally. I even enjoyed my surgical experience.
Dr. Elzik is an excellent surgeon and healthcare provider. His staff and support personnel are also very competent in all respects. Overall, my experience with hand surgery was very positive; I would recommend him without any hesitation.
Amazing and wonderful are the words to describe this doctor. Broke my arm at the elbow. He operated and everything came out the best possible. How can you beat best possible solution given the conditions? I give him and his staff the highest possible recommendation in response. I cannot express enough the deep gratitude I hold for Dr Elzik’s care. I have no doubt that it was nothing short of divine intervention that he was on call that he was on call the day that I was taken to Mission’s ER following an accident that left me with a severely broken right arm. His skill in rebuilding my right arm incredible, his ONGOING compassion in the result I was left with, remarkable!!! Dr. Elzik recently treated my son's broken arm. Dr. Elzik was kind and informative. He put my son at ease and made sure all our questions were answered thoroughly. Hopefully you never need an Orthopedic Surgeon, but if you do, I highly recommend Dr. Elzik.
Dr. Elzik is both concise with your intake and assessment, as well as very comprehensive and considerate regarding your diagnosis and treatment. I would see him again for any upper extremity issue and would be first on my referral list for family and friends.
