Marjorie, and the rest of her team, were extremely helpful and attentive. Marjorie led the efforts and Jacques showed us through most homes and helped with the inspection. We came from out of state with the intent of familiarizing ourselves with existing housing stock in Charlottesville. Marjorie and Jacque managed to get our house sold in 2 months while we had already left the area. Circumstances around the move could have made a number of near-catastrophes occur. Marjorie and her team helped us sell our house in Charlottesville, VA while we had already moved out of the state. Since we couldn't be there in person, her team arranged for all the repairs and cleaning to prepare the house for sale and handled all the negotiations with the buyers while keeping us always in the loop. A problem came up with one of the contractors and her team took care of it very well. We're very happy to have worked with them and wish they could be our agents wherever we move to!
