She's easy to get along with, energetic, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, realistic, hard-working, understanding, and well-connected. (She's also really nice!) Marjorie is an excellent Realtor, both as a listing agent and buyer's agent. I have worked with her as the listing agent for new construction on numerous home sales and her market knowledge is 2nd to none! As a sales agent for new construction, I have also experienced first hand how well she takes care of her buyers. She is extremely thorough during the presentation of a purchase agreement and is a bull dog when it comes to negotiation. Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend!
