I would totally recommend Marjorie and her team at Nest! I have used her for both buying and selling over the last few years. Even guided me through a couple of bidding wars! Brittany and Jacques are also wonderful to work with. Thanks for everything Marjorie!

We have worked with the Marjorie Adam's team for the sale of our last two homes. The precess could not have been smoother. Marjorie and her brother Jacques are wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and personable with a sense of humor. Jacques went beyond regular customer service when he assisted us after our sale. This is our second house purchase with Marjorie, and this experience was even better than the first! Marjorie and her team are top notch! Marjorie is a delight. She is enthusiastic and friendly and so is her whole team. Jacques is a wonderful addition and so helpful, and took great pictures of the house we were selling. Marjorie is very knowledgeable and will stand up for you in your negotiations, whether you are buying or selling. I can't say enough good about her - we would use the Adam Team again definitely.

Both Marjorie and her brother, Jacques, were extremely knowledgeable about the market and very responsive to particular questions. Additionally, Marjorie's "back office" team is very thoughtful and takes care of details for you you never thought about. Jacques is very interested in construction details; most helpful.
