We've used Marjorie twice now, once to sell a house and a second time to sell a lot. The house sold in a few days at a higher price than I expected. In the case of the lot I was going to hold off until the spring but Marjorie said "lets give it a try" and, even though we listed it in the winter, it sold at a price higher than I expected! So, overall, I would enthusiastically recommend Marjorie and team for their outstanding professionalism, great communications and overall guidance and service.
