Dr Dickens strikes the perfect balance between thorough and respectful of your time. And, he could not be any kinder or more gentle. As a prior practice management consultant I heartily applaud his hiring. Estonia (front desk) doesn’t just bring efficiency and kindness to the table, her ability to make patients feel welcome and confident that they made the right choice in physician is a truly rare gift.
I’ve had two procedures with Dr. Dickens and no complaints. Just last week had my left big toe nail removed and a couple years ago I had a right big toe abscessed ingrown toe nail removed. He is awesome and very gentle. I do hate getting those shots in my toe though!
First time appointment. My pain went from an 8 to a .5 after one treatment on my calluses. Very nice staff.
