Excellent follow up and advice. Highly recommended
Agent for weeks does not respond, was excited about a property and refused to answer for our realtor and only a text saying “I can not pick up, please text” then does not answer. This is now twice he and his assistant has done this same behavior. How can you be in the top 1% of realtors? Do the owners of 736 NE 164th street know how they are being represented, and are losing real offers?
Mario has a great personality and was very easy to work with. He understood my expectations and terms as a seller. He has a great administrative team that supports him and his clients as well. They were all always professional and responsive to any questions and concerns I had throughout the sale process. I would definitely recommend him, and he'll surely be my go-to agent in the future 😊
